About this policy

BoraBora Flow is a room-layout and seating-plan notebook, published by Teleoktopus network. This policy covers Android version 1.0.0. Last updated: October 6, 2026.

Information used on your device

The app processes and stores room dimensions, layout variants, furniture shapes and positions, object and place-card names, measurements, notes, drafts, recently deleted plans and preferences. It uses these records to provide the features you choose, restore unfinished work and remember your choices. Free-text entries can contain personal information you enter. Drafts can save before an explicit Save action. No online account is required, and these local records are not automatically uploaded to the publisher.

Sharing, copying and chosen files

Sharing prepares a schematic PNG of the selected plan in private temporary storage. It can include room, object and place-card names. Android grants the app you select access to this image. Review its contents before sharing.

Other apps, recipients and file-storage providers apply their own privacy practices to information you choose to give them. Deleting local app records does not delete copies already exported, copied or shared.

Device access and diagnostics

The native features do not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or advertising identifier access. Any place information is entered by you, not obtained from location services. Device language, date and foreground state support the interface and saved records. The current native features include no advertising, analytics, attribution, payment or remote crash-reporting SDK.

These native features do not play music or record audio.

Technical failures may be recorded in local Android system logs. The app does not automatically send those logs to the publisher.

Storage and backups

Android records are stored in app-private storage. Previous valid saves and, where recovery is needed, damaged-save copies can remain to help recover unfinished work. The browser preview has separate local browser storage and does not synchronize with Android. There is no publisher-operated cloud synchronization.

Android system backup is enabled. Depending on the device and its settings, app records may be included in system backups or device transfers and later restored. The publisher does not receive these backups through the app. Manage their security, retention and deletion through the device or backup provider.

Internet access and this policy page

The Android package includes Internet permission and a separate embedded web-page component with JavaScript enabled. This release opens the native app directly; ordinary use of the native features does not load that component. Local notebook records are not attached to web requests. If an external page is opened, its host receives connection information such as IP address, requested address and browser information, and handles its own cookies and logs.

This public policy is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Visiting it sends ordinary browser and connection information to the hosting service to deliver and protect the page. This page has no app-data upload form or added advertising or analytics scripts.

Retention and deletion

Local records have no automatic time-based expiry. They remain until edited, replaced or deleted. Use the app’s controls to remove individual records. Undo, recently deleted content, historical snapshots and recovery copies can retain earlier information until replaced or cleared.

To remove all local records, drafts, settings and recovery copies together, clear the app’s storage in Android settings. Uninstalling ordinarily removes local app storage. For the browser preview, clear its site data. Manage system backups, clipboard copies, exported files, shared copies and emails separately.

Teleoktopus network cannot remotely erase information held only on your device. For help or requests concerning information you sent directly to us, email contact@teleoktopustov.online.

Support correspondence

If you contact contact@teleoktopustov.online, Teleoktopus network receives your sender address, message and attachments you choose to provide to address your inquiry. Email services also process the communication. The app does not automatically send support messages or attach your notebook. Use the same address to ask about retention or deletion of information you sent; copies in your own mailbox are managed separately.

Security and children’s privacy

The app relies on Android private-storage controls and does not add encryption to its local saves. Save checks and recovery copies are not encryption. Protection also depends on the security of your device, backups and chosen sharing destinations. No storage or transmission method guarantees complete security.

The app does not request age or date of birth. These local-data practices apply to all users. Parents and guardians can manage a child’s local information using the controls above and contact the support address about information a child sent to the publisher.
