About this policy

KheloSpark is an offline mirror and light puzzle, published by Teleoktopus network. This policy covers the current Android release, version 1.0.0. Last updated: October 6, 2026.

Information used on your device

The app processes and stores puzzle mode, level, seed and date, board layouts, moves and undo history, hint use, completion results, campaign and tutorial progress, last-opened boards, and feedback and display preferences.

This information supports the features you use, restores unfinished work, calculates local results and remembers your choices. Free-text entries can contain personal information you choose to enter. Drafts may be saved before you explicitly save an item. The app does not require an online account or automatically send these local records to the publisher.

Device access and services

The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, photos or advertising identifier. Audio feedback, where offered, is generated locally and does not record surrounding sound. Local device language, date, timing and activity state support the interface, records and session controls.

The native features contain no advertising, analytics, payments, remote crash reporting or developer-operated cloud synchronization. Kotlin, AndroidX and Compose components provide local interface and device functionality. Storage or playback failures may produce local diagnostic logs; the app has no service that uploads them to the publisher.

Sharing

The app has no feature that automatically publishes or uploads your local content or activity to other users or services. System backup, email and the conditional web connection below are separate.

Storage and backups

Android records are stored in app-private storage. The browser preview uses separate browser local storage; it does not synchronize with Android.

Android system backup is enabled. Depending on your device, operating system and settings, app data may be copied by a system backup or device-transfer service and later restored. The publisher does not receive those backups through the app. Manage their retention, security and deletion through your device and backup provider.

Internet permission and web content

The Android package declares Internet permission and includes a separate embedded web-page component with JavaScript enabled. The current release starts directly in the native app; ordinary use does not open that component. It does not attach local app records to web requests.

If that component is displayed, its website receives connection details such as your IP address, requested address and browser information. Websites handle their own cookies, logs and resources. The configured component address uses HTTPS; it is separate from this published policy page.

This privacy-policy website is served through Cloudflare Pages. Visiting it sends ordinary browser and connection information to the hosting service to deliver and protect the page. The page contains no app-data upload form and no added advertising or analytics scripts.

Retention and deletion

Local records do not have an automatic time-based expiry. They remain until changed, replaced or removed. Save recovery or earlier-state copies may retain older information until replaced or app storage is cleared. The save keeps campaign records, up to 90 daily records, 60 practice records and eight recently opened non-campaign boards.

Restarting a puzzle clears that attempt’s board, moves and undo history while keeping records and campaign progress. There is no in-app delete-all control.

To remove all local Android records, drafts, preferences and recovery copies, clear the app’s storage in Android settings. Uninstalling ordinarily removes local app storage. For the browser preview, clear its site data. System backups, exports and email copies must be managed separately and may restore or retain earlier information.

Teleoktopus network cannot remotely erase information stored only on your device. For deletion assistance or requests concerning information you sent to us, contact contact@teleoktopustov.online.

Support correspondence

If you email contact@teleoktopustov.online, Teleoktopus network receives your sender address, message and any attachments you choose to send to address your inquiry. Local app records are not automatically attached. The email services involved also process the communication. Use the same address to ask about retention or request deletion of information you sent. Copies in your own email account are managed separately.

Security

The app relies on Android’s private-storage controls and does not add its own encryption to local saves. Save validation and recovery measures help with damaged data; they are not encryption. Security of your device, system backups, sharing destinations and email depends on those systems and their settings. No storage or transmission method guarantees complete security.

Children’s privacy

The app does not request age or date of birth. These local data practices apply to all users. Parents and guardians can manage local information using the controls above and contact contact@teleoktopustov.online regarding information a child sent directly to the publisher.

Changes and contact

This policy may be revised when KheloSpark or its data handling changes. The revision date appears above.
